Originally from Colombia, Genny is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively assist and connect with a diverse range of clients. She currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband.

Outside of the insurance industry, Genny enjoys teaching group fitness classes as a way to stay connected with her local community and make a positive impact.
